Traveling to Fort Collins & Festival Tips
Lory State Park plays host to the Northern Colorado Mountain Bike Festival. Festival Central is located at the Soldier Canyon Event Facility near the park entrance.
Lory State Park is located at 708 Lodgepole Dr, Bellvue, CO 80512.
Parking for Festival
- We encourage folks to arrive early and enjoy the entire day at the festival! Parking can get backed up heading into Lory State Park between 9am-1pm. Please follow the directions of the parking attendants.
- Parking at Lory requires a Colorado Parks & Wildlife parking pass. You will need to purchase a daily pass for $10/ vehicle unless you have a Keep Colorado Wild or Annual CPW Pass. Please have your pass ready to show the park ranger.
- Another option is to park at Inlet Bay Marina on the south side of Horsetooth Reservoir and ride your bikes over to the Festival–It’s 6 miles of fast singletrack from the marina to Festival Central
- To park at the marina at Horsetooth Reservoir you will need a Larimer County parking pass. Purchase a daily pass for $10/ vehicle or have your annual pass ready to show the park ranger.

Park & Ride to Festival
- Park outside of Lory and ride in to the Festival!
- There are no official Park & Ride locations at this time, so grab your buddies and ride in together for pre-game fun
Shuttle to Festival
- Unfortunately at this time we are not able to offer a shuttle into the Festival, but we will announce if that changes
Camping for Festival
Camping is an option for staying on site, but must be reserved separately from Festival Passes
